Applied AI / Workflows into working software

AI that ships into real workflows.

I turn operational workflows into working applications: a production MES, a multi-channel communications platform and a clinical documentation product, each built from system design through delivery.

How I work

AI that checks its own work.

01

Check before acting

Confirm what actually happened on a call or in an email before the system creates a follow-up.

02

Know when to stop

When work stalls, retry a limited number of times, then hand it to a person instead of guessing.

03

People approve

AI writes the first draft. People edit, review and approve it before it counts.

The agent loop

  1. INEventEmail, SMS, voice, test result
  2. AGENTOrchestratePlan the next action
  3. VERIFYCheck outcomeConfirm before follow-up
  4. HUMANEscalateReview when confidence is low

Built to be used.

Three systems, three different businesses. Ownership from the problem through production.

AI that handles a small business’s calls, texts and email.

One platform for outreach and follow-up. AI agents make and answer calls, work the inbox and book appointments, then turn conversations into orders.

  • Verifies conversation outcomes before creating follow-up tasks.
  • Detects stalled work, bounds retries and escalates to a person when needed.
  • Drip campaigns, cold and warm-lead calling, AI inbox handling and scheduling through one agentic process.

The software that runs Western Magnetics’ factory.

I built the manufacturing execution system (MES) and ERP the company runs on: every build, quality check, purchase, inventory move and shipment goes through it.

The setting

A hard-tech startup that needed software built around the factory’s real operating needs, with the people doing the work.

Next.js · TypeScript · PostgreSQL · Prisma · Docker

01

Built on Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma and Docker with API boundaries and an audit trail for state changes.

02

Used AI coding agents throughout development while owning code review, refinement and hardening.

03

An agentic failure-analysis workbench with conclusions traceable to source evidence and agent activity.

AI that writes the dentist’s chart notes.

After a patient visit, Scribe drafts the clinical note and billing codes for the dentist to review and approve. It also tells the practice what supplies upcoming appointments need.

  • AI-drafted SOAP notes, ICD and CDT codes and procedural notes.
  • Clinicians edit, review and approve the drafts; review is built into the workflow.
  • Connects upcoming appointments to inventory and practice operations.

Full résumé

Expedia Group / Vrbo · 2019–2025

Data is useful when it changes a decision.

I built and managed a team of six data scientists, working with executives on the commercial decisions behind a travel business.

  • Build the team. Shared Python and SQL standards for analytics work.
  • Understand the market. Segmentation across more than 15 variables to prioritize high-value property acquisition.
  • Inform the executives. Integrated disparate data into executive reporting for strategy and resource allocation.

Fair questions

What people
usually ask.

How do you keep agents from doing the wrong thing?

Verify outcomes before acting, bound retries, and route to a person when the system is unsure. CoreLinq checks conversation outcomes before creating tasks and escalates stalled work.

Do you work directly with customers?

Yes. Through Domain Labs I partnered with small businesses to design and build their software, owning system design, data modeling, API design and delivery.

How do you use AI coding tools?

Throughout development, with me owning code review, refinement and hardening of what they generate. The MES was built this way.

What's your data background?

From 2019 to 2025 at Expedia Group and Vrbo, leading supply and commercial analytics, including building and managing a team of six data scientists.
