Sit with the users
Production staff, small-business owners and clinicians shaped each product from the first prototype.
Product / From customer workflow to shipped
I build products by starting with the customer's workflow: a factory's production process, a sales team's follow-up, a dental practice's charting. Then I stay involved through delivery.
Austin, Texas · Open to AI product roles

Built Domain Labs’ two AI products, from customer problem to working software.
The MES and ERP running Western Magnetics’ factory.

How I work
Production staff, small-business owners and clinicians shaped each product from the first prototype.
Drafts, reviews, approvals and escalations are product decisions, not edge cases.
System design, data model and APIs through rollout, not a spec thrown over the wall.
How a product gets built
Selected work / 01—03
Three systems, three different businesses. Ownership from the problem through production.
After a patient visit, Scribe drafts the clinical note and billing codes for the dentist to review and approve. It also tells the practice what supplies upcoming appointments need.
Next.js · React · Supabase · Anthropic · OpenAI

One platform for outreach and follow-up. AI agents make and answer calls, work the inbox and book appointments, then turn conversations into orders.
Next.js · TypeScript · Supabase · Inngest · Retell · Twilio

I built the manufacturing execution system (MES) and ERP the company runs on: every build, quality check, purchase, inventory move and shipment goes through it.
The setting
A hard-tech startup that needed software built around the factory’s real operating needs, with the people doing the work.
Next.js · TypeScript · PostgreSQL · Prisma · Docker
Worked directly with production staff from prototype through integration, hardening and rollout.
Work-order, routing and station workflows with role-based operator interfaces.
Experience
Expedia Group / Vrbo · 2019–2025
I built and managed a team of six data scientists, working with executives on the commercial decisions behind a travel business.
2026 — Present
Built and deployed the MES and ERP running production, quality, purchasing, inventory and shipping.
2025
Designed and built custom SaaS for small businesses, including CoreLinq Communications and CoreLinq Scribe.
2021 — 2025
Built and managed a team of six data scientists. Established executive analytics for commercial strategy and resource allocation.
2019 — 2021
Market segmentation across more than 15 variables; regional reporting for sales visibility and prioritization.
2013 — 2019
Global reporting, data analytics consulting and business analysis.
Toolkit
Workflow design, system and API design, data modeling, stakeholder collaboration and software rollout
LLM APIs, agent workflows, outcome verification and human editing and approval workflows
Commercial prioritization, executive reporting, segmentation, Python and SQL
Fair questions
No. I've owned products as the builder and founder: deciding what to build, designing the workflow and shipping it. Before that I led commercial analytics that informed product and business priorities.
Start from the workflow and the decision it supports. At Expedia that meant segmentation and executive analytics; in my products it means watching how the work happens first.
Design the review into the product. Scribe drafts notes and codes; clinicians edit, review and approve. CoreLinq verifies outcomes before acting.
I am one. I build the systems I design, and I've led a team of six data scientists with shared Python and SQL standards.
